The Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce received top honors at the Rural Economic Development Forum in Truth or Consequences. These awards are recognized statewide as the premier awards for outstanding achievement in New Mexico, given to encourage and recognize excellence in materials, individuals and organizations.
The Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce received the state award for “Special Events Promotion” for their signature event Clovis Music Festival. The Clovis Music Festival was recognized for its “Clovis Rocks” marketing campaign which included event posters, flyers, T-shirts, programs, website and giveaways. The Clovis Music Festival was also recognized at the Governor’s Conference on Tourism in Roswell this month as “Honorable Mention’ for the Best Special Event in the state.
